  We took time off work and they did not show up or call. I called the next day and they said they were too busy so we rescheduled and took more time away from work. They left 2 nails on our carpet which my son trod on one and hurt his foot. Luckily the nail was lying down but the flat end still hurt him. They also quoted my husband £10 more than they quoted me originally. The gave a flippant response back and showed no compassion for my boys foot. We will not use again.
